Geen enkel boek is foutloos. Op deze pagina vind je correcties die we bij een volgende druk van het (Nederlandstalige) boek verwerken.

1. Pagina 40: Figuur 2.11 is een ankerpunt verkeerd gelabeld. Er staat: ‘1.4 Technologie verbetering’ en dit moet zijn ‘1.4 Technologie governance’. Het juiste figuur is:
   
   
   
2. Pagina 107: KPI’s moeten zich richten op vier aspecten en niet vijf. Deze zijn: Waarde, Kwaliteit, Prestaties en Compliance. Door de foutieve layout lijkt het dat ‘Effectiviteit’ ook een aspect is. Deze hoort bij Kwaliteit. In het Engels: Quality (activity-based indicators to measure the quality rather than the effectiveness of how well we are doing the right things).
3. Pagina 204, laatste alinea, eerste zin: 'fraemwork' is natuurlijk 'framework'
